Spike the dragon sat in his room in the Castle of Friendship. He stared up at the ceiling. He could hear the girls giggling downstairs. Starlight. She was laughing the hardest. Starlight Glimmer. He hated her. She had just waltzed into his life and stole Twilight Sparkle AKA his best friend of 9 years from him. He scowled. Hate is a strong word, he knew that. But it was bad enough that Spike had to shared Twilight with the Mane Six AND the CMC AND the princesses AND Shining Armor. They all lived away from him and Twilight, so he had her to himself at night. But the Starlight came. SHE WAS A VILLAIN! He didn't know how Twilight could TRUST her. He toned back in and could hear the girls telling Twilight their good-byes for the night. He decided to run down stairs. Tonight, Twilight had promised, they would get to read the newest issue of Daring Do together! He didn't like Daring Do that much, but it was finally some time with Twilight!
