From that time we made a deal:

I wouldn't hurt humans, and he wouldn't kil me. Protecting me from other hunters wasn't the deal, but he still did.

My name is Akira Yuzumashi,age 19

His name is Raizo Zakura, age 21

I am half vampire, half human. When my dad found out my mothers secret, he went crazy. Raizo said it's because most humans don't know how to react to something new, dangerous, that's why he did what he did. He also told me that at age thirteen, I will start to want blood. So if I did break and drink human blood, he will kill me. But without blood, vampires can die, even I knew that. Luckily, he gave me an alternative: animals. He didn't mind me drinking their blood. To me it sounded gross, but it worked. So I tried not to harm humans, but also not to get killed by hunters. Which unfortunately happened quite often. Raizo usually helped me, but once in a while, I got cut by a throwing knife, or shot with a bullet. But I healed up pretty fast. After five years, I got sick of this stupid routine. So I left.
