Councils and gangs used to have a good relationship. They support each other. Gang members can also be council member, and so on.

There were only three people though, who were gang member and council member at the same time. The others didn't think they can manage being on the two organization at once.

The first tension came when a gang member and a council member had a personal problem, and then managed to meet and fight on a school ground.

The council member was losing, but his fellow council members were mad and suddenly rushed to help him.

Seeing their friend alone, against five people, the gang members who were there rushed into action.

It was until a teacher found them and separated them that they got away from each other.

Five council members, versus three gang members.

The gang members were in worse state that they were lose by numbers. One of them, the one who got the problem even need to get his forehead stitched.

This got the gang and the council tensed. Everyone blamed each other. It got worse that the two with personal problem got expelled from the school.

Situation was tense between the two massive organizations, but no one can do anything about it. Not even the council president or the gang jjang at that time.

The bigger problem is when the two gang members who were also council members found manipulating the council for the gang's advantage and gave classified information to the gang's jjang.

While the other gang member who were also council member took information from gang for the council's advantage.

It wasn't helping that there were also secret information leaked all around from random council members and gang members who were friends and used it for their chosen organization's advantage.

From that day, no council members and gang members seen speaking to each other.

Years later, there is still tension, but some people from council or gang talk to the other organization's in secluded area, like what Tiffany did.

They also never speak about their organization's business. Not even once.

Yeri nods her head as Siwon finishes his story. She understands why there are tension between the council and the gang. It is expected.

On the contrary, Tiffany shifts on her seat. She had brushes with several gang members lately, and it won't do her good. Not at all.

"I won't forgive any traitor" Siwon finish with a harsh word and Tiffany shudders that Minho asks if she is okay with his eyes from accross the table. Tiffany tries not to look so pained and nod her head subtly.

The meeting continues with some heated but friendly debate and some brainstorming. It took two hours and a lot of energy.

Almost all of the people in the room sigh happily when Nichkhun officially close the meeting.

"See you around Eonni" Yeri throws Tiffany a smile as she gets up to leave. Tiffany answers with a nod of her head and a small grin on her lips.

Almost all of them says bye to each other while the brunette stays on her seat, looking at Minho who is staring at her, also still sitting on his seat.

There are only she, Minho, Sooyoung, Siwon, and Nichkhun left.

"Wanna grab dinner?" Minho asks all of them left while fixing his hair, looking at his reflection at the glass table.
