Ingredients:

Red bean paste here
1 cup sweet glutinous rice flour (I use mochiko)
¾ cups water
2 tablespoons sugar
corn starch
light coco powder
dark coco powder
a little powder sugar

Directions:
Mix the sugar, rice flour and water together.

You can either use a microwave it or steam the mixture for about 12-15 minutes. You want your mochi to have a some what translucent look to it.

Let it cool just enough so you can touch it. used a spoon to take some of the mochi then you can roll it around in the corn starch and put corn starch on your hands so you can handle the mochi without it being too sticky. You’ll want to flatten it and put a little of the red bean paste in the center.

Then you pinch up the sides and roll it again in some corn starch with a little powder sugar for sweetness. Do the same thing with all of them and for the dark ones roll the last time in light coco powder.

Put them on the plate and make a little cut out of it and put the darker coco on top so I would have the paw print.

And that’s it. You can also add any type of filling you have or want.
