This style of clown is taking a roll of a well known job and make it into A clown so they are they are going around I feel like the job they play as.
Character clowns don't have any Pacific makeup they can use tramp, August, or whiteface style clown make up, with their outfits are oversized and it can be any job or occupation they choose.
I Don't got an example of a person who is famous for doing this style (hopefully this will get fixed in the future) But here's a picture of this type of clown.
