My apologies

SO THIS IS THE FIRST POEM I EVER WROTE AND I JUST FOUND IT AGAIN PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK OF IT! LOVE YA!

It hurts to know I hurt you.
I didn't mean to call you those awful names.
I regret the things that I have spoken.
If I could turn back the hands of time I would turn them to before I angered you.
You were so kind, yet I was so blind.
I couldn't see that what was before me was a great opportunity.
I let my demons take over my personality.
And now you cannot forgive me.
I always hurt the ones with the most sincerity.
Now I've made my bed and must lay in it.
Maybe it is for the best that you want to leave these events behind you.
Leave me behind and move on.
At least I can no longer make new scars on your mind, heart and soul.
Goodbye and farewell to the one who tried to be kind to me.
