Poetry (late night thoughts)

confused.

She lays in bed
Thinking of two
One Male
One female
The one she is with
And the one she wishes she was

She can't make up her mind
Her thoughts spin
She wants to make a choice
Get rid of the boy?
Or never be happy?

She knows the gender she prefers
But is it worth it
This societal displacement
The lack of parental support

So she remains undecided
Forever confused
Sexually and mentally.
She will never know
