If you had taken one look at Margaery Tyrell, you would've presumed that all she wanted to be was a Queen but William Stark, currently being held captive by the Lannister's, saw past her charade. He knew that deep down, all she wanted was to be normal, to live a simple life, but instead she was born into a great house which meant people expected things of her. But when she was with William, she felt as if all she had to be was normal.

so William is obviously a stark, which means you might have to explain how he came from that and etc.
