You are invited to our thanksgiving family dinner at Murakami's Noodle Shop
Our dinner will include
Turkey, macaroni and cheese, cream mash potatoes, and macaroni salad
And for dessert apple pie, and peach cobbler

(Y/N) rushed around the kitchen finishing up the pies, putting them in the oven, while Mr. Murakami doing the Turkey and mashes potatoes
You wanted everything to be perfect, hopefully Donnie and his family got your letter and come to the dinner, you cleaned the shop spotless, and cleaned the back of the shop where you and your father lived, setting up the table and putting up decorations and scented candles

You wanted everything perfect

So when it came to that time where everything was almost finished you brought out soda's, water and juice not knowing their preference for refreshments, there was still light outside so you knew they weren't going to be coming anytime soon, so you put on some music to pack the time and set up the tables for the next day to open

You heard a knock at the door and you didn't bother to look, couldn't people read the sign closed? You continue to set up the tables "I'm sorry but we're closed for today!" You yell out to the person who knocked

"Oh well I was invited, so I have a right to come in, and so does my family" your eyes widen as your turn and see Donnie smiling at you then you quickly make your way to the door unlocking it and get them inside before anyone saw them

"What are you doing out in broad daylight?! Someone could have seen you!"  You close all the blinds

"Don't worry, no one was out in the streets and Master Splinter is with us" Donnie says gesturing to his father, you finally realize the tall rat and gulp, this was the first time meeting the turtles father

"Hello, I'm (Y/N)" you stick out your hand to their father, he shakes it with a smile "I am Master Splinter, it's nice to finally meet you (Y/N), Donatello speaks highly of you"

You turn and see Donnie blushing, you go and hug each turtle "Casey is on his way, April and her father are going to be here around 6, so we have time to spare"

You guys put on a movie when Casey walked in, then as soon as April and her father walked into the shop you all sat down at the table, saying grace and then began to eat

But you said an extra small prayer, for your mother, wishing her the best where ever she maybe be, then began to eat with the family you cared for and loved
