You: I'm fine, I'm good, I took a quick nap

You: I've been having trouble with my mental stability for the past few days and tried playing it off like I'm good... I am, now

You: no no, it's alright

You: no no, seriously, it's random whenever I have these attacks, but I'm good now, I shouldn't have said what I said earlier
