The first thing you did the next morning was looking at your phone. You expected some "Happy anniversary"-message from Misha. Of course in much more creative words than this. He was way better articulated than you when it came to those things. But no, there was still nothing. So you decided maybe you should make the first move and text him. It was really weird that he hadn't written you once since you arrived. You just simply texted him "Hey honey, happy anniversary! You are the best partner I could hope for and a way better fiancee than I deserve. I hope you are save and enjoying the day. Hope to hear from you soon! Love you, forever! Kisses (Y/N)". The message sent but didn't get delivered. As you started to wonder about it you figured that this could be because of the different time zones. Of course Misha was still sleeping! It was a lot earlier back home and you were sitting here in New York wondering where he is at. It was still weird that he didn't text you yesterday but you tried not to worry about and got ready for the day. You had a big interview ahead of you and this was going to be a long day.
Arrived at the studio, you sat there alone two hours just for hair and makeup. But you kind of started to get used to all this, why you tried to relaxe and enjoy your coffee. As it got more serious and you moved onto your position in front of the camera, the lights got turned on and you got really nervous. You wished again for Misha's hand to hold yours. The interviewer came in and looked at you "Are you alright?" he asked. "Yes, I am." you told him. Sure that was kind of a lie, but every other answer would have been embarrassing. "Good!" he said, smiled at you and set into the chair in front of yours. The cameras started recording and he asked you the first question. With everything he asked you got more confident with this situation and you soon started to enjoy all this a little. "Yes, for the movie we, of course, couldn't bring every little part of the book into it, but we asked the fans what they really wanted to see. So we tried to focus on their favorite moments as much as we could." you answered to the interviewer. "And you think that is why it became such a huge success?" he continued to ask. "Well this, but also the fact that the fans are very devoted. I mean, I am sure you have heard about the supernatural fandom and what they can do. And because this is what Misha is known for the fans are mostly the same. Speaking of which. I think another reason for its success, if I might call it that, is that my fiancee directed it! We work as a team together and I think you can really see it in the movie. Not only in the scenes but also in the way it's made!" you chuckled a little. "Yes, yes." the man agreed with you. The interview just continued this way and you were quicker done than you thought.
You wanted to get back to the room in which you had left your stuff, to see if Misha had texted you already, but right in this moment the door to the studio opened and your fiancee stepped through. "Misha! What are you doing here?!" you stepped closer to him, wanting to hug him. "Hi babe. Oh you know, I just thought I might come by and watch my future wife at work on our anniversary." He slung his arms around you and pecked a kiss on your lips. You were still so overwhelmed because he was standing in front of you that you had to shake your head a little to get your thoughts clear. "Wait, but you had work to do in Vancouver." you asked. "Well, I talked to Jim and he said that it's okay. I can shoot the scenes next week, because of some crew plan things. Whatever, I don't really know. I am just happy to be with you!". Misha explained and continued "And the production of this show here helped me to get to you.". He winked at you and then looked up to the interviewer who was still standing behind you. "I hope that is a good surprise (Y/N)! You two enjoy the days in New York together! It's beautiful around this time of the year!" the interviewer said smiling, before leaving the room. "Thank you!" you shouted behind him before turning back to Misha. All this time he hadn't let go of you, why you still stood there with his arms slung around your waist. "You are here!" you smiled and kissed him, finally realizing it. "Yes, I am! And we have some nice days in New York together. We can walk through the snowy Central Park, just like you wanted to!" Misha said while leaning his forehead against yours. "Yes we can. Oh I can't wait!" you kissed him again. After a moment of silence you said "That's why you didn't text me yesterday! You had to fly over here!". He looked at you "Yes. And I didn't want to give anything away before arriving here. So sorry for being so secretive.". "Oh it's okay.", you lifted your arms to sling them around the back of his neck and pull him closer to you. "It's a good surprise! Thank you, baby.". Misha tried to kiss you once again but then pulled back a little "Oh wait! I forgot one mayor thing!". "What is it?" you looked at him with a frown. "Happy anniversary!" he said, smiling softly. Your face turned back into a smile as well "Happy anniversary! I love you and I am so glade I have you!". "I love you too!" Misha said and let go of you "But now we have to go! We have some winterly park to walk through!". He held his hand out for yours and you left the building together. Out into the beautiful, cold nature.
