Flameheart to Flamestar

Chapter 7

Flamestar looked at Rainstrike then at her kin

"I love you all. Very much." She said in a whisper and fell over closing her eyes. She opened her eyes and saw Lionheart

"Flamestar don't go to sleep. Flamestar. Flamestar? Flamestar?!" Lionheart said and she closed her eyes and was captured by darkness. She opened her eyes and saw the 9 cats that had given her the 9 life's. She saw a shape of a cat but it wasn't full

"You have lost your first life. This is your life that has joined Starclan. You have 8 more." A cat said and Dapplestar stepped forward

"Flamestar. Please. Be careful with your life's they are valuable and a thing not all cats get. Be careful." Dapplestar told her and she woke up breathing heavily. She was in the medicine cat den and she ran out weakly and painfully.

"I'VE LOST MY FIRST LIFE!!!" She yowled and tears formed in her eyes. She fell to the ground and tears poured from her eyes. She heard a few paw step and looked up to see Snowcloud, Lionheart, and Rainstrike. She pressed against them and closed her eyes again. She sighed

"It was so scary." She said wanting to tell them about it but she wasn't allowed to. She looked at Lionheart that she had been leaning against most of the time. She closed her eyes and heard the gathering of cats around her.

"I need to be alone for a minute." She said softly and walked out of camp. Once Flamestar was out she started running. She sat beside the lake and watched the water

"Flamestar? Are you ok?" Someone asked and Flamestar looked up to see Whitestar.

"No. I just lost my first life. It was terrifying." She said and laid down. She looked at Whitestar

"I remember when I lost my first life. It was horrible seeing myself." Whitestar said

"I have 6 more life's." He added and Flamestar's eyes widened.

"Be careful with your life's. Please." She said softly and Whitestar nodded

"I will." He said and Flamestar purred

"I have to go." She said and ran back to camp. She walked in and was greeted by the whole clan. They had all been sitting waiting for her to come back. She purred and ran over to Lionheart

"This was your idea wasn't it?" She asked. Lionheart shook his head and turned to Rainstrike

"It was Rainstrike's." Lionheart said and Flamestar ran to her sister

"Thank you." She purred and looked at the clan

"Thank you all." She said and shook out her pelt.

"Ok back to normal. Hurry go hunting it's almost leaf bare." She said and stretched. The clan ran away and went hunting in patrols. She looked at the rest of her clan and she gasped when she heard a whisper in her ear

"Are you ready?" The voice asked and she flicked her ears. She turned around to confront the cat and nobody was there. She sighed

"Flamestar. Answer my question." The voice hissed and she ran up to her den.

"Show yourself and I will answer." She hissed and looked around. She jumped when she saw Tigerstar appear

"I asked if you were ready." He hissed and Flamestar rolled her eyes

"More then I will ever be." She hissed back and glared at Tigerstar

"It's not that kind to come running into my clan like this. But you should be use to it." She said and flicked her tail

"Being a kin of Firestar makes you a natural enemy of mine. As well as your kin." Tigerstar growled

"Don't go around talking about my ancestry!" She hissed loudly and heard paw steps

"Flamestar? Are you ok?" Lionheart asked.
"Yes Lionheart I'm fine. Just carry on." Flamestar lied and the paw steps went away. She sighed in relief and looked at Tigerstar

"I'll kill you again if you make me. Threaten any clans or anything I will kill you. Hurt one of my littermates. I will kill you." She hissed and saw Tigerstar smirking. She pulled back in surprise and hissed

"Oh you think it will be that easy." Tigerstar said

"Good luck." He hissed and disappeared.
