Ryan's POV —later that night—
Jill is spending the night in Tez's room with him. Skate approved surprisingly. So now I'm alone. I'm reading a book I've been meaning to catch up on. But since I'm alone, I'm in my bra and underwear. It's also 9:37 at night. I groan as there's a knock. I fold the corner of my page and set my book down. I then get up and put on a big shirt. I walk to the door and open it. There stands Jack. I raise an eyebrow and smile
"Yes?" I ask
"I was coming to see if you wanted to hang out." He says and I shrug
"Sure." I say stepping aside. He walks in and then looks at me
"This is no fair." He says motioning to the room and I laugh closing the door.
"So I've heard." I say and he laughs. He goes and sits on one of the chairs and I sit back on the couch in my previous position.
"I'm sorry about the other night. I was being an ass." He says referring to the night he said I should sleep with Sammy. I give him a small shrug
"It's fine. I know where your coming from." I say and he smiles
"Are you going with us tomorrow night?" He asks and I frown
"To what?" I ask
"There's this party. Our friend Dillon is in Puerto Rico and rented a place like this and is throwing a party. A bunch of people are invited. Including us." He says and I nod
"Then I'll go." I say and he nods. I run my fingers through my hair and grab my phone. I turn it on and go to Jill's contact. I'm suddenly feeling nervous so I'm just gonna text her and see what to do
Me: uhhhh, help, jack's in my room and idk what to do. 😐😂
I send it and then turn it back off and look up and see Jack is on his phone also. I softly sigh and pull the blanket up more. My phone dings and I grab it
Jill❤️: don't have sex yet 😂 just try and get to know him, play twenty questions or truth or dare 🤷🏻‍♀️ just try not to make it awkward or weird
I roll my eyes and turn my phone off and look up
"Wanna play truth or dare?" I ask and he looks up from his phone intrigued.
"Sure." He says turning it off and setting it next to him
"Ok. Truth or dare?" I ask
"Umm. Truth." He says
"When was your first time?" I ask and he groans and laughs
"God I hate that question. Umm, I was 15. This girl and I were at some park. We had been talking but weren't dating. One thing lead to another and we had...well sex." He says and I laugh
"I feel like I'm a goody goody." I say and he laughs
"Why?" He asks
"Cuz I didn't lose my virginity until 17 and it was with a guy I was dating for a few months." I say and he laughs
"At least y'all were dating." He says and I nod
"Alright. Truth or dare?" He asks me
"Dareeee." I sing and he laughs
"I dare you to jump into the poll from the balcony." He says motioning to the door that leads outside. I glare at him
"You don't think I'll do it?" I ask and he shrugs. I stand up and take the big shirt off and then walk to the door and unlock it and open it. Jack gets up and follows me out. I stand on the railing and look back at Jack.
"I like this view." He says and I flip him off.
"Ok. Three, two, one!" I scream as I jump off and down to the pool. Plugging my nose before I hit the water. My scream gets cut off as the water engulfs me. I swim my way back up to the surface and look up at Jack. He shaking his head smiling.
"Your crazy." He says and I laugh
"Can you bring me a towel?" I ask and he nods walking back into the room. I swim around until the back door opens and out walks Jack with a towel. I swim to the steps and ring my hair out and then run to the towel. I wrap it around me and Jack laughs. He goes and sits down in one of the chairs at the little tables.
"Is it cold?" He asks and I nod
"Yea a little." I say and he motions for me to come to him. I walk to him and he grabs one of the towels I didn't know where there and wraps it around me. Not being able to grab it, he laughs looking at me and the tucks it into its self.
"Warmer?" He asks and I shrug
"I feel like if I move ever so slightly-" the towel unwraps and falls out and I laugh. Jack picks it up and looks at me
"You have mascara under your eyes." He says and I laugh trying to wipe it away.
"Still there." He says
"Where?" I asks and he reaches his thumbs up and wipes it off, wiping it on the towel
"Thanks." I say and he nods
"I honestly didn't think you would do it." He says motioning to the pool and I laugh
"It was scary. I'm three floors up." I say and he nods laughing
"Exactly why I didn't think you were gonna do it." He says
"It was fun tho. An adrenaline rush." I say and he laughs. I don't realize how close we are until his knee brushed against my leg. I don't back away cuz that would just be rude and make it seem like I have an issue with him. But it seems like we are close enough to kiss.
"Remember the first day we got here we went clubbing?" He asks and I nod
"And I danced on you." I add and he nods laughing
"Yea. Sammy gave me crap about that. You know he likes you?" He aka and I make a face and nod
"Oh yea. I don't like him like that tho." I say and he nods. I see a flash of relief run through his eyes.
"We should probably go inside." He says and I nod. I turn around and start back inside. I open the door and wait for Jack and the close and lock it once he's in. He then leads the way upstairs to the third floor and then to my room. I close the door quietly.
"I'm gonna change out of these wet clothes. I'll be right back." I say and he nods. I grab my baba Nd bring it into the bathroom and close the door. I then quickly change into a dry bra and underwear and throw on so shorts and a tank top. I throw my hair Ron a messy bun and remove my makeup. I then open the door and walk out with a sigh
"All better?" He asks and I nod
"Hell yea." I say and he laughs
"Imma head back to my room. Johnson is texting me like crazy." He says and I nod.
"Ok. I'll see you in the morning." I say and he nods. He walks to the door and I turn around and pick up my little area.
"Hey Ryan?" I hear Jack say.
"Yea?" I ask turning around. I immediately feel his hand on my cheek and his lips on mine. I'm surprised at first but eventually kiss back. He pulls away and I laugh
"Well." I say and he laughs
"Sorry. I had to." He says and I laugh
"No your fine." I say and he nods
"Ok now for real, imma head back to my room." He says and I nod. I walk him to the door and then close it once he's walking downstairs. I then dance around in my spot and run and jump onto my bed, soon falling asleep.
