Chapter 19 - His confession?

"Was that really it?" He ask.

"Yes, yes. What more?" I said as I put his arm down to avoid that kabe-don. "Now let me go before I miss anymore of my classes. I'm not the type to skip school."

"Well, get use to it." He said as he leans in.

"No, wait! Wait! Wait!!!" I shout.

"Shhhhh. You'll make us suspicious if the teacher hears it." He said.

"No!" I push his face away. "We're not even going out, nor are we friends!"

"We're not even friends?!"

"Uh, yeah. We're not even friends. I was just a stalker and you were the one who told me to stop."

"But haven't our relationship gone to at least frie-"

"Nope. Not a chance. Now let me go. I need to attend class." I crouch down and slip through him, opening the door.

"Wait!" He call out as I step a couple steps out the storage room.

"What?" I said. "Cat got your tongue?"

Killua p.o.v.

My hand reach out for her. She can't slip through my hands again. Not when I already develope feelings for her... and when my time is almost over.

"Wait.." I said.

My hand was still reaching out for her, then she took the hand. I was quite surprise.

"You gonna come out?" She ask me.

"Of course!" I smile at her and come out.

As soon as I got out, she lets go of my hand. Then walk away. I quickly close the door and follow her. She was mad.

"Now I missed almost half of my first class. You stupid Killua, making me late." She said.

"Well, I'm sorry." I chuckle. "So, are we chill with each other?"

"No."

That was a immediate reply. Sure it hurted me, but it made me even more happy that she took my hand.

Your p.o.v.

I can't believe I took his hand! I.... am so helpless. Ugh! I walk to my first class as it was almost over. The teacher looks at us and told us to go back to our seats. I glare back at Kana and Killua.

"Class is dismissed." The teacher said.

I gather my things for the next class and Killua came up to me.

"Haven't you trouble me enough?" I said as I went to my next class.

"My time is almost over... But I guess you really have stop stalking me that you don't know." He said.

"I know that already, that you have such little time left." I lied.

He was right. Lately, I haven't been stalking him so I'm not up with the latest news. All I know, was that he made a deal in order to come to school. I speed up and walk into my next class with him. I need to stalk him  tonight.

"You know what?" He said as we took our seats.

"Spit it out." I reply.

"I'm really liking you." 

I blush, but try not to get my hopes up.

"Uh-huh." I sarcastically said as I touch his hoodie.

If my hopes for him to confess, it would likely be a dream. School ended without a problem. I rushed home and crossdressed. Got my phone and headphones and listened. Ealier, I put a listening device on his hoodie. All I could hear for now is some device that sound like it got broken. Then the sound is on. I quickly run to his house.

"No! Not yet! Our deal hasn't been fulfilled yet!" Killua's voice was cold and dark.

"Lately, you've been hanging around this girl. She seems sharp, but stupid. Your father and I have picked out a fiancee for you already. The days will only last about 1 more month, then you are to drop out of school and succeed our family business." The voice of his mother sounded horrified as if he was tainted.

I stop in my tracks to notice a few "people". I look aound, but don't see any "normal people". Do I confess before he leave? Do I...?

"Ah, that stalker." I look up to meet with Illumi's cold, scary eyes.

I was scared out of my wits and froze in place. Each step and each time he comes closer, I get more scared to move. It was as if I was being controlled. With each step, I get scared and a bit of courage to move, but it was as if he would snap my head if I did.

"W-What do you want?" I stutter out of fear, but kept my cool.

He don't stop and didn't even answer me. I walk towards him and kept my eyes locked with his. My legs were shaking and so was my whole body. 

"I am not scared of you!" I shout to get me running for my life if he does strike. 

"What?! Puppy?!" I hear in the device. 

I look up to any of the window to see if Killua was near. He wasn't. However, I hear running, quiet, but fast and effient.

"I want to see Killua!" I said.

He takes out a long needle. Great, he is now going to kill me.

"Kill me," I said. "If you can."

I take a bigger step and with each step, he slows down. Just before I reach the house, he throws the needle straight for my forehead. I duck down, barely escaping. I hear panting and then Killua points his sharp fingers at Illumi's neck.

"I will kill you!" He said in such a way that I was startled.

"I'm really liking you!"  

His sudden words just came back into my head. Illumi backs away as Killua takes a defense cover for me. I grab his shirt. He looks back and blush a bit, then whisper into my ear, "You're slow." I blush and look up at him. He makes me look down for some reason. 

"I'll leave you be since Father said so." Illumi said as he disappear.

"That's it?! For nothing?!" I said. "You Illumi! Don't waste my time and ener-"

Killua kisses me on the lips and my head turns fuzzy. I turn red as I realized, he kissed me in my crossdressing form.
