Jason's POV:

The pain... the pain that Justin has been through. Is too much.

Too much for him.

Too much for me.

Too much for...anyone.

I sighed before finally speaking in the silent emotional moment.

"Right so you wanna choose the gifts now? The shops get too crowded aha." I said scratching my head. I only do that when I'm nervous. I don't know why I'm nervous. Maybe because of moving in with his family and shit.

"Yeah sure lets go. Who's gonna drive?" Justin said, his voice containing sadness and no interest.

"I'm driving. Ryan's lazy ass must be too tired."I said trying to cheer Justin up.

"Hey!" Ryan said chuckling. I turned to Justin. I could see his happy, warm smile contained with laughter. It really melted my heart.

We all went into my car. I had Justin sitting next to me obviously. I took his hand and placed it on my other.

"Hold it. Trust me. You'll feel better."

Justin's POV:

I trusted his words and held his hand, squeezing it tight.

Through the car journey it was pretty much discussions of our life stories. Jason told me his. And it was the most emotional one I ever heard.

"I was a straight up savage when I was younger. I would commit crimes and not get caught. I failed school. I did not behave in my own house. I was just crazy high. I guess mom and dad had enough of it and when I was 8, I got sent to a children's home. But I escaped that too. And before i knew it, I was homeless. Struggling with life. I would sleep and sit on the cold, bare streets. People would stare at me and wouldn't do anything. Then came a boy aged 9. He changed my life immediately. He was also homeless at the time. With time we both managed to find a way to survive on the streets in our own mini shelter. That we built ourselves. Then we started busking. I managed to teach myself despite being under poverty line. I then taught him what I taught myself. When we managed to make enough money, we decided to buy an apartment. And from there we started our lives afresh from poverty, from pain. We started our lives with happiness and laughter. Wanna know that person who changed my life? His name is Ryan. He's right behind us. I'm truly grateful for finding him. Thank you Ryan, for everything." He said looking at Ryan.

I saw the tears in Jason's eyes, and I saw it in Ryan too. These two are literally made for each other. They're such beautiful soulmates. Their friendship is just...unable to describe.

"Your friendship is just...wow. I ship!" I said putting my hands above my head.

The rest of the car journey I told my life story.

"I didn't really have anything much. I mean, my mom back then was a single teenage mom, who had me at 17. She could've aborted me, but she didn't. And honestly I find that the bravest thing she's ever done. We didn't have anything much. Just a small house with basic stuff. And my story is similar to yours, Jason. Because even I taught myself to play. And I would busk on the streets for money. To help support my mom. I did manage to make money and managed to help out a bit. I took busking to the next level, since I really had a taste for music. I posted videos on YouTube showing my talent. Then at 13 someone called Scooter Braun found me, and helped me achieve what I have now. It's a shame he changed. But anyway, all credits go to my mom. She's the best I love her." I said fighting my tears. "But I don't think she loves me anymore."

Jason smacked my head. Ouch!

"You kidding!? She will always love you no matter what! So what you scared the shit out of her when you ran away? She needs to see it from your point of view. A BROTHER's point of view. She will always be proud of you. Imagine, being the mother, of the son who busked on the streets just to help you. The mother of the son who would literally put others in front of himself." Jason said smiling.
