Were all those photo albums, just a game you tried to play? You grew up with someone who stopped u from ruining everything you ever thought u wanted, everything u ever wished for. She stopped YOU for stopping YOU.
Did u ever thank her? No because you were too drunk on your own thoughts to realize that she deserved so much better than you. You wanted a single life so u could find single people. You didnt wanna know anyone elses story, you just wanted to know if they could be stupid enough to fall in love with you, the way she drowned in her own heart because her heart was filled with you.
What we had was nothing more than what we have now, nothing more than this. It was never, will never, be more than this. Not again.
