I woke up to Gytta poking me in the arm.
"Mommy wants you to come downstairs." She told me.
I smiled "Okay."
I got dressed and headed down the stair way, down the hall to the kitchen.
"Good morning." Vera smiled as I walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning." I smiled back.
"Hey sleepy." Renn said as he walked in the kitchen to sit down at the table.
"Sleepy? It's 8:30." I told him.
He laughed "I know. We try not to wake up our guests."
"Well thank Gytta for that." I told him.
Vera sat the plates down, and we all helped ourselves to French toast, eggs, and turkey bacon.
*Not real bacon because they "try" to be vegan.*
After we ate, Vera asked us if we would want to go do something later.
"Like what?" I asked.
"Well we could go shopping, Fynn is starting kindergarten and he needs some new clothes, and Gytta, well she just does whatever Fynn does." Renn said.
"Renn, the first day she's here, I'm sure the last thing she wants to do is go shopping for toddlers." Vera told him.
"No, no. I think it'd be fun, really. It's no big deal." I told them.
"Are you sure, we can go do something else, it's still a little too early to be doing school shopping." Vera said.
"No, I'll go. I'm fine with that." I told her.
"Alright, so we'll go after we all eat, and get ready." Renn told us.

We all piled in the car, Vera was driving, Renn was in the passengers seat, and I was in the middle of Fynn and Gytta, who were in they're car seats.
"So where do you want to go?" Vera asked Renn.
"Where ever they have clothes they'll like." He told her.
"Haha. They're already picky, huh?"
I asked.
Vera looked at me through the rearview mirror.
"Very." She told me.
"I figured. Haha."

We walked into Carter's and Vera and I took Gytta to the little girls sections , and Renn ran off with Fynn to the little boys .
Gytta spotted a pink shirt with yellow and purple flowers on it .
She over to it and jumped up trying to get it off the rack .
" Well good lord , child . Hang on . " Vera told her .
I laughed .
Vera picked out Gytta a few more shirts , and two pairs of cute pants .
" I think she has enough , let's go find Fynn and Renn . "
I shook my head , and took Gytta's hand .
We walked over to the boys sections , and we couldn't find them .
" Should we check the shoes ? " I suggested .
" You know Renn well , clearly . " She laughed .
