Nanbaka fanfic: The Lady

Chapter 6

They finished eating, Eliza went to her room and changed her clothes to a red jogging pants and white tank top under a zippered tracksuit jacket

Then she went to the others to find them arguing about the seats

"What is wrong?" Liz asked

"This cart only has 4 seats, since your coming with us, one has to stay behind and wait for another cart" Samon said

They proceeded arguing again
But Liz thought of something else
"No need" she said

The boys looked at her in confusion
"Huh? Why? We won't fit there" Liang said

"Yes we will" She said then she carried Upa up again

"Wa!" Upa is still not used to this

"Upa can sit on my lap" She said

Upa blushed shyly while the others are trying not to show their envy

They sat in the cart, Samon and Qi were sitting next to each other, while Liz and Liang sat next to eachother with Upa on Liz's lap

They were silent and Upa was bored so he touched Liz's hair only to find out thay it was incredibly soft

"Wow Liz, your hair is so soft" Upa said

"Thank you, Upa, come visit at building 13 more often, one day I might wash your hair" She said

Upa blushed with many thoughts in his head, the other also blushed at the many thoughts on their head

But Eliza just thought of Upa as an adorable baby brother

They then reached their destination they warmed up a bit, the Liz asked Liang to spar with him

"G-goodness No, I might hurt you" Liang said

"Fear not Liang, I might look like this but I am stronger than you think" She said

"N-no! You're a woman" Liang said

Eliza then felt a bit irritated
"Are you saying that just because I am a woman, I am not strong enough to spar with you? Do not underestimate women Liang" She said

"F-fine if that's what you want" Liang said then he got ready to fight but he thought that if he hold back it will be fine

"Go!" Qi said as the signal

Not lasting 3 seconds Eliza was in front of Liang and kicked him

Liang crashed to the wall, shock still evident on his face, but not only him, Upa, Qi, and Samon were just as shocked

"Maybe now, you will think twice about underestimating women" Liz said

Then Liang got up, he's not going to hold back anymore, He lunged himself to Liz and attemted to punch her but she was faster, she doged it

Liang continued to try and punch her but to no avail she was just too fast,then he stopped to take a break

"My turn" She said ,she suddenly dissapeared, Liang looked to find her but when he did, she was behind her and she kicked him hard on the back

Liang collapsed to the ground unable to get up anymore, that kick was too powerful

"Liang, learn from it, ok?" She asked

Liang nodded still struggling to get up, she smiled then went to Upa, Qi helped Liang to go to the infirmary

She carried him again and sat down, Upa gave her water
"Thank you Upa" she said

"Liz, why are you so strong?" Upa asked

".   .   . It's because of some reasons, that I need to be strong" she said

"Hey, Upa, let's visit Liang at the infirmary tomorrow" She said, Upa nodded and jumped out of her lap

"I forgot to show you something" Upa said, Then he floated on mid air meditating, but stopped then went back to Liz's lap, by this time he got used to sitting on her lap

"Did you like it?" Upa asked

Liz giggled "Yes My little warrior, that was amazing" she said

Upa blushed at the little warrior part

"No.19 time to go" Samon said

She nodded and kissed Upa's cheek
"See you tomorrow, my little warrior" while waving goodbye

Upa just touched his cheek and looked at her with wide eyes not knowing of the blush forming on his cheek

Samon saw it and was jealous of the whole scene, but he knew that Liz only thought of Upa as a little brother, so he smiled in victory

Eliza then got back her cell, she took a shower and changed her clothes and slept

(The next day)

Eliza asked permission to Hajime to go visit Liang, and he agreed

She was now heading to the infirmary to see Liang, she entered only to see Liang and Samon

"Hello Liang, Samon, Where is Upa and Qi?" She asked

"Ah it seems Upa stayed late last night thinking of something, so he's still sleeping, and Qi is keeping him company" Samon said

"I see" Eliza sat down at the chair next to Samon near Liang's bed

"Liang, I am truly sorry about your injuries, I didn't want to do it but please learn from it as well" Eliza said slightly bowing

"N-no it's fine, I was also at fault, I'm sorry as well" Liang said

Then Okina came and called Liang for check up, Samon and Eliza were now alone

"S-so how's life in prison?" Samon asked slightly nervous

"It is very delightful" She answered

"O-ok" he said

They were in silence again

"Samon" Eliza called

"Nani?" He asked looking up at her

"I have got this in my mind for a while but....you resemble a monkey" she said

Samon got shot by an imaginary arrow "Is that so?"

"Yes, but a very adorable yet wild one" she said

Samon looked away blushing madly
"O-oh really, thanks, but oh look at the time, visiting hours for inmates are over, I'll go tell Liang, Bye!" He said

Eliza bid farewell, then left
