Applejack anxiously walked to the willow tree behind school. She had already told Twilight about what she's going through, but telling Pinkie, the one who has a blabber mouth, is scaring her.

She didn't realize she was at the tree, 'till she heard Twilight call out to her. "Hi Aj."

Applejack waved and sat down with them under the tree.

"So... Wanna talk- er sign, about what's going on in that little head of yours, and I'm not talking about your fangirl spirit for that Hamilton musical." Pinkie said.

Applejack averted her gaze from the two teens infront of her, gripping her books tighter.

"You don't have to tell us anything, if you don't feel comfortable. This is very sudden, you don't have to and we won't push anything." Twilight said.

"Mhm, that's true." Pinkie wrapped an arm around Applejack's shoulders. "We'll try again someday, if still not, then we'll keep trying. Small steps, we'll take small steps."

'Thank you.' Applejack signed. Pinkie and Twilight went back to the dorms, going their separate ways once they got to their room.

Applejack opened the door and saw Rainbow practicing something. Her mouth gaped open, tears forming in her eyes.

Rainbow turned to her and smiled warmly. "Hey." She said and went back to practicing.

Applejack dropped her things and ran to her, grasping her hands and pulling her up, showing her the phone she was holding, though not letting go of her hands.

" Essaies-tu vraiment d'apprendre la langue des signes ?! Es-tu?!" ( Are you really trying to learn sign language?! Are you?!)

"Yup, thought I should if we'll be staying in the same room." Rainbiw replied.

Applejack launched herself onto Rainbow and hugged her, burying her face into her chest, sobbing. "Whoa there, you ok?"

Applejack nodded, looking up to face her, she was smiling while tears escaped her eyes. She was happy... Happy that someone would do this, for her.

" Je ne sais pas comment m'exprimer assez. Personne n'a jamais fait quelque chose comme ça avant. Aucune âme n'a jamais essayé de me comprendre." ( I don't know how to express myself enough. No one has ever done anything like this before. Not a soul ever tried to understand me.) Applejack typed on the device and showed it to Dash.

"Well, I'll break that. I will do ANYTHING."

This brought more tears to Applejack's eyes and hugged the girl tighter. Rainbow formed some tears aswell, hugging the muted girl. And maybe, just maybe, she felt something had finally fell into place. Like a puzzle piece, perfectly fitting in a spot reserved just for that.

Rarity kicked the door open. "APPLEJACK!" She screamed. Applejack and Rainbow both stood up from their seats in surprise. "THERE'S A GUY AT THE MAIN FOIER, CLAIMING TO BE YOUR COUSIN."

Applrjack quickly typed out a response, but instead of Google Translate, she typed it out on a blank document.

"That's impossible, my cousin lost contact with me for a long time." Read the document.

Rarity didn't say anything else but, grabbed her wrist and dragged her to the foier, Dash followed suit.

Applejack saw the sight she had never seen in a long time. Brown styled hair, leather jacket, shades. She became paler than white, stepping a few steps back. Girls were swooning over the guy, making it difficult to see through the crowd.
