Mike walks out of the training room with sweat coming down his face. He wipes off the sweat and takes a drink of water and turns to see Jayden with a baby stroller, Baby Casey gooing adorably.
Mike: Didn't know it was take your kid to work day!
Jayden laughs and Jess comes walking in with two suitcases.
Mike: What's this?
Jess: Well... We're moving in.
Mike: ... So lil Casey is gonna be living with us?
Jess: Yes and you better watch the swearing.
Mike: Have you?
Jess gives Mike the stink eye and Mike laughs.
Mike: Are you joining the Rejects?
Jess: I mean if we can find a babysitter or-
Jayden: Honey Dex can take care of Casey ok?
Jess: I'm just worried about him, that's all.
Jayden: I know.
The two hug each other.
Mike: Still the best couple in the world.
Jess: Shut up Mike.
Mike: Well, since you're joining I gotta tell you something.
Jess: What?
Mike: I'll be leaving the role as leader of this team.
Jayden: What?
Mike: I'm gonna be gone after we deal with Domino and I need someone to lead this team. And the only two I see that can lead this team are you two.
Jess: It's Jayden right?
Jayden: It can't be me.
Jess: Why not?
Mike: Peril. Sure he has it under control now but he may lose control. So I'm making you leader of the Rejects when I'm gone.
Jess: I... Don't know what to say.
Jayden: Why are you leaving?
Mike: I'm going to find Shogun. I need to be more skilled as a fighter. And I need to leave this team until I feel like I'm ready.
Jayden puts his hand on Mike's shoulder.
Jayden: Early good luck.
Mike: Thanks. Now go tell the others.
Jess and Jayden, along with Baby Casey, head to the kitchen.
Tobias: So you're leaving soon.
Mike turns around to see Tobias.
Mike: Well I wouldn't say soon, just when we beat Domino.
Tobias: I get it.
Mike: Have you've been looking for her yet?
Tobias: Who?
Mike: Beverley.
Tobias: ... No.
Mike walks up to Tobias and gives him a piece of paper.
Mike: Go. Go find her. Make things right.
Tobias looks at the paper and then hugs Mike.
Tobias: You're a good friend.
Mike hugs back.
Mike: I try.
(In a resturant)
Tobias walks in and sees Todd.
Tobias: Hey Todd.
Todd: Howdy Toby. Been awhile since you've been here.
Tobias: Yeah... Say does-
Todd: She's in the kitchen, like always.
Tobias: How'd-
Todd: Mike called. Told me to tell you.
Tobias: Thanks Todd.
Tobias walks into the kitchen and instantly sees her. She has her black curly hair in a bun and her glasses are in her shirt pocket and is washing dishes.
Tobias: Excuse me?
Beverley: In a sec.
She finishes washing the dishes and dries her hands.
Beverley: So, what do you-
She turns around and drops the cloth. She puts her hands to her mouth and starts crying.
Tobias: Hey.
Beverley runs up to Tobias and hugs him and he hugs back.
Beverley: I thought you were killed by those soldiers.
Tobias: No. I wouldn't die until I made sure you were safe.
Beverley: So overdramatic.
Tobias: I love you.
Beverley: I love you too.
The two stop hugging and then kissed.
(At Domino's lair)
Taylor in the second timeline Dex armor pushes a tube with Erin's clone. She sets it down and looks to Domino.
Taylor: All the pieces are in place.
Domino: Including the bombs?
Taylor: Including the bombs.
Domino: Good. Let's begin.
Domino holds up a trigger and presses the button.
Domino: All hell that falls opon the innocents is on you Mike.
