Two days have passed and still nothing.
The same questions keep occurring in my mind.
Where is he? Why did he leave? Why isn't he answering?. My mind has been playing tricks, I think I hear my phone ring but it's not, I hear knocks on the the door but no ones there. I feel like I'm finally loosing it.
Grabbing my phone from the counter, I unlocked it going straight to contacts. The moment it opened his name popped up. Pressing down on his number it's began to ring. Ring after ring till finally.
" the number you are trying to reach is currently unavailable"
Gripping my phone i waited.
"Please leave a message after the tone"
" hey it's me again, why aren't you answering? What did I do so wrong? If you could just explain maybe I could make it better. Please just call me back I really need to talk to you. I miss you."
Tears welled up in my eyes but I wouldn't let them fall. Taking the phone from my ear i slammed it on the table.
"Please just come back to me"
