Dear Holy Spirit, I know you're here with me and you know how I feel.
I haven't been okay, at least not lately anyway.
There was this person. They hurt me. Did it out of anger, so the damage they caused?
They didn't see.
How do I deal with that? Just forgive and forget, say it's all in the past?
If so, please help me.
Help me see the good in people even when we disagree
Help me be calm and tame, not so quick to blame.
