you are not allowed to judge the same genre that you have entered a book in, if you have entered a book into the awards.
( you will either receive an "accepted!" if the genre is still open for judging, or a "declined," if the form is not filled out correctly, or if the judging spot is already taken. )
once all the judging spots have been filled out, I will inbox you if you are one of the chosen judges. there will be one judge per genre. each judge will have requirements that I will notify then about privately, including the rules when judging the genres. please be patient, and do not get mad if you are not chosen to judge.
