"Excuse me, is Dave Brewster in this jail house?"I ask the lady. She look at me then type up the name. She look back at me and shook her head no. "Can you speak?"
"He ain't in the system. Someone already pick him up"she said.
"Shit"I cover my face. "Thanks"I grab my wallet and keys to the house. I went back outside to the cold weather. I walk down the sidewalk to a cafe place where I can get something to drink. Warm coco would be nice.
"Hello welcome to Macy's Cafe. Can I take your order?"the girl with blond hair said.
"Yes, can I get the peppermint mocha coco and the pumpkin spice latte"I said.
"Anything else"she said.
"A chocolate chip muffin and a double chocolate chip muffin"I said. She nod her head and wrote it down.
"It will be right with you in a minute"I nod my head and sat down in the chair. I look at my phone seeing that my percentage was 3%. It was 11:38 midnight. I need to get home and see if Dave there. If so, I hope he won't yell at me.
H O M E
I arrive home around 12:08 in the morning. I walk in the house seeing Dave sleep on the couch. The coco is cold so I'ma just put it in the fridge.
When I step on one of the wooden boards, Dave shot up from the couch scaring me. "Really"I said with mad.
"I don't know why you mad. I'm mad at your ass, where the fuck you been at bruh?"he said mad.
"First of all, calm the fuck down Dave. Second of all, who you yelling at in my house!"I yelled.
"I'm yelling at your ass Kee! Where the fuck were you with my money!"he yelled.
"I WENT TO THE FUCKING POLICE STATION LOOKING FOR YOU!"--"They told me you wasn't there, so I thought maybe he went to his friends house. I went to your manager house, he said you went with your cousin to Brooklyn. I know not to go to Brooklyn because of what you told me. So I went to Macy's Cafe, your favorite cafe place. Got stuck on the damn subway and here I am in your face"I put the latte and coco in the fridge. I push pass Dave walking to my room.
"Baby come here"I heard Dave called me back.
"No, since you want to yell at someone"I said with an attitude.
"Kee, I'm sorry damn. I apologise, I was just worried"he said. "Forgive me"he wrap his arms around my waist.
My momma and grandma taught me to always forgive. "I forgive you"
"I love you"he said.
"Love you too"I kiss his lips. But of course Dave wants a passionate kiss.
The passionate kiss turn into something better. Sex. But I'm not gone spoil the details on what happened.
