The world's end

Jungkook was resting peacefully in his room. He had been laying there for an hour while his girlfriend went out to get coffee and snacks for their movie marathon later that day.

He felt a soft earthquake and didn't mind it,  he just brushed it off until it started to get stronger.

The boy hopped out of bed looking a complete mess but had quickly put on his shorts and a shirt to run outside in.

While he put on his sneakers he heard screaming from outside and heard buildings falling.

He wasn't scared for himself, he was scared of what was happening while y/n was outside.

One he put on his shoes jungkook ran outside and had run past hundreds of people. Some dead and some injured.  Along the way to the coffee shop
He saw people screaming for others to wake up and more.

The ground crumbled underneath his feet and jungkook stopped running seeing the road ahead of him missing.

It was like god wouldn't let him through.  Jungkook had stopped  And looked at his surroundings. He saw a building with a window broken out of it.

He decided to run into the building. Jungkook made it inside he ran to where the window was and had climbed out of it.

He felt unsafe about something and had a bad feeling. Jungkook ran to the shop again since it was five minutes away.

Once he got there he saw cars zooming past the people running trying to get away from the danger.

But among those people was y/n. She was in shock and had a straight face on not wanting to see the horrors all around her.

But she looked up to jungkook and finally burst into tears crying.  Jungkook was about to run to her until the ground shook more violently. It separated just like last time. People that were running right there at that moment fell into the deep hole surrounded by earth.

Screams of terror and pleas of all kinds were shouted out into the air. One of the cars that were speeding by had hit the crowd of people y/n was in and screams were heard.  Jungkook couldn't do anything but watch y/n get hit. She was underneath the car when it had stopped. She couldn't get up because of the weight of the car.  Even the owner of the car left her there to die under the car.

Jungkook started to cry seeing his loved one bleeding while she smiled at him in a calm manner.  It was like she was okay with this.

Jungkook decided to not care and he ran quickly and jumped over the abyss.

He barely made it to the other side losing a shoe in the process. But jungkook didn't care and got on his stomach to hold y/n's hand. The car moved with each earthquake and every little movement had hurt y/n in the worst way. Jungkook was going to move it until y/n told him not to.

"It's okay, We all had to prepare for the end one way or another right?" Jungkook began to cry as she spoke. He never wanted to die this young,  he wanted a family he could call his own and kids. He wanted all of this With her.

"I..i wish I would've proposed to you when we had our 3 year anniversary, but I was shy," Jungkook confessed truthfully

Y/n nodded as she coughed blood squeezing his hand softly since she was becoming weaker.

"It's alright kookie. You did well in being my boyfriend and being an awesome friend.  But I need you to leave me here  and find you somewhere safe just for now."

"Nowhere is safe if you aren't by me y/n! I never will leave you and you know this" jungkook confessed again pulling the girl from underneath the carefully despite her yells of pain.

She hit jungkook softly and he winced in fake pain. The girl chuckled and had kissed jungkook's cheek leaving a bloody kiss print on him.

The ground underneath them began to crack violently and jungkook gave y/n a hug as they cried in each other's arms. Jungkook gave the girl one last kiss.

He didn't mind the taste of blood now in his mouth at all. He knew he just wanted to make their last moments together be special even if it was terrifying.

The ground finally gave in and y/n and jungkook fell through. They held each other tightly as they fell quickly through the air.

Jungkook and y/n were never heard from again. Because underneath the earth is it's melting hot core such is unforgiving. Readers,  I know you can tell what happened by now,  and if not.  Then I'm sorry to say that jungkook and y/n did make it due to the excessive heat and dying in lava.
