Authors note: I have wanted to write both a criminal AU and a superpower AU, but I couldn't get either to go anywhere without combining the two. So, for the most part, This is a sort of Super-villain AU. Due to me not being a criminal, and the current technological advancements in society, I can't FATHOM how this
