Voice: Hello beautiful! (to which Nandini smile and Manik clenched his hand in fist making his knuckles go white)

Nandini: (smile a little) Hey Maddy (so you guys guessed it right😂)

Cabir: (coming from nowhere) No she won't, I mean hume lunch karna hai, Challe? (he asked Nandini who smiled and joined him. Madhayam turned only the bang himself with Manik who's eyes were spitting fire)

Manik: (dangerous tone) Nandini, it's Nandini

Maddy: Sorry?

Manik: (same dangerous tone) Next time call her Nandu, trust me you won't be in state to call anyone anything (his voice was so dangerous that it made Madhayam shudder in fear) Stay away from her am I clear?

Maddy: (gathering courage) And who are you to tell me that?

Manik: (move dangerous close) Wrong move!

Druv: (coming there) Manik no here (which Manik stop instantly he did want to spoil the launch)

Manik: (stepped back and neaten Madhayam's already neat tux) I will love to give you the answer but in my way (he cleaned the not present dust from Madhayam's shoulders) Love to (his tone was so alarming that Madhayam stepped backed and Manik with Druv moved to the table where fab3, Navya, Abhi, Moksh, Neyonika, Nandini, Aryaman an Soha were having lunch were he heard the conversation)

Neyonika: No Nandini you are not going anywhere

Nandini: But Mom, my work is done I have to go a my place (this sentence made colors drained Manik's face)

Neyonika: No, you are not going anywhere at least till the time I am here....Arey, we tho have not spend time together, if you will go na I will not talk to you (she used her card of emotional blackmail)

Nandini: OK, two days, I will leave for two more days bas

Neyonika: Aaa, stubborn! Fine! (this made Manik sign in relief but he was worried how is he going to stop Nandini after two days. He sat besides Neyonika mouthing a thank you to which she smiled. They had their lunch and the function was over, the media was gone only fab5, Moksh, Nandini, Abhi, Aryaman, Soha, Navya were there when Madhayam entered again)

Maddy: Nandini can I talk to you (Nandini just nodded her head) Somewhere private (this made Manik fist his hand and give him a glare)

Arya: She isn't going anywhere 'private' with you bro, jo bakna hai yahi bak

Maddy: (gave him a whatever look) Are you free tomorrow? (Nandini clinched her eyebrows) I was thinking will you have lunch with me (he said giving Manik a smirk who was ready to launch on him) Will you?

Nandini: Ofcourse Maddy (being the good person she was she could not deny also she wanted to get over Manik so she said yes).

Maddy: (happy) OK, I will text you the address (and went from there, everyone was looking at Nandini who excused herself saying she ha work)

Nandini was packing up her things when she heard the people she didn't want to encounter speak from her back

Soha/ Navya: What's going on Murty?

Nandini: What?

Soha: You and Maddy?

Nandini: What about that?

Navya: What about that? You just said yes for a date with him!!

Nandini: (not looking a them and continuing her work) It's not a date, it's just a lunch

Nandini: (pissed) OK yes it's a date so what? Didn't you guys wanted me to be with someone so now are you not happy now?

Navya: Yes we wanted to but Maddy?

Nandini: What's wrong with him?

Soha: Don't you know, he is a rude person Nandini, he is selfish that's the reason Arya doesn't like him

Nandini: (angry) It's just a lunch why are you making it a issue

Abhi: (coming there) because it's about you

Nandini: (angry) Bhai it's just a lunch, a lunch, nothing else, not for me at least ok now I have work so will like to close this discussion here (she wen from there)

Neyonika: Manik you have to handle this calmly (Manik was sitting on the table in the center of the living area huffing like a bull) close your eyes Manik, clam down (Manik closed his eyes) now listen to me carefully, do you want to loose Nandini? (he nods no frantically) So let her know that, show her what she means Manik, I know you are bad with words but you at least you can show her with your actions right? (he nods positively) Good now go take a shower and calm a bit (she leaves Manik there who was now determined that he is not letting Nandini go with Maddy)

Night

Nandini entered the house, she had lots of work and wasn't able to join others for dinner. There was silence in the house as everyone was sleeping (that's what she thought 😝) she freshen up and goes to the dinning area only to see an adorable seen

Manik was sleeping in a sitting position his hands on the table and head on hands, he slept waiting for her... Nandini went near him and ruffled his hairs)

Nandini: Manik, Manik utho (Manik opened his eyes saw Nandini smiled and slept again, Nandini signed) Manik utho na (she said again and now Manik was awake)

Manik: Aa gai tum, challo we will have dinner

Nandini: We? Manik tumne dinner nahi kiya?

Manik: No I was waiting for you (he was going to get up when Nandini stopped him gestured him to remain seated and warm up the food and serve them both and brought the plates on the table. They were eating stealing glances) Nandini, can I ask you something?

Nandini: You don't need to take permission

Manik: Do you like Madhayam?
Nandini stopped eating an turned to Manik. His eyes had so many emotions anger, jealousy, envy, hurt, love, care an the biggest of all fear, fear of listening yes as the answer)
