Guys,
Virgin Atlantic have reset my "Tier Points" to 0. I called them up for an explanation but apparently this is just something they "do" every year. I didn't know what to say.
I just wanted to tell you all that, though I was upset when I heard and despite being further away than ever, I'm still 100% committed to achieving Gold status sometime in the next year.
Let's make this happen.
