CHAPTER 4: The Basement

SEAN'S POV

I woke up this morning started getting ready for this school I sat up in my bed before heading to the bathroom just thinking about how this day would be I guess boring the only brother of mines that likes school and finds it interesting is Tyler I never thought my brother did that's how he met Carrie she was human scared out of her mind when she dropped her books but Tyler was there to pick them up for her when he did she saw his hand wasn't like a regular color and that's when he knew Carrie was his Only but I'll say the first girl that came in this house first and that was scared as well when the front door locked Elizabeth heard it after following Derek she had no idea who we were we were looking at her as her neck was bleeding and her holding her neck with her sleeve until she passed out she woke up in a bedroom and she felt uncomfortable and awkward she even had no idea what was going on she screamed and screamed but no one couldn't hear her she was locked in a room alone Derek put her in there after she passed out My father didn't wanna keep her because he felt like she wasn't the right one for my brother but it was until she calmed down Derek didn't wanna explain it to my father then he was mad then he tried to inject her with a needle in her arm to calm down even more but she didnt listen but he couldn't hold her down alone my father had 5 of his guys helping him they do live in this house with my father and my mother they do eat at the table with us and they do have mates like 3 of them she was acting out of control anyways a school day today I never thought I would be going to school at all but it's not boring when she's there The most beautiful girl when she fell down by bumping in to me and when we looked at each other right in the eyes it felt right it felt like it was meant to be Us it felt like We were meant to be together it felt like She belonged to me nobody else she's perfect in every way The traces of her jawline her lips her beautiful eyes she didn't need makeup on her face she is the beauty That I been waiting for 148 years I been waiting for her and I found her I found my mate the one and only I sat there thinking about her as she stayed in my head then got up from my bed and went straight to my bathroom I took a shower while pressing my fingers on the wall thinking while letting the water hit me and drip off my hair and my face I always thought to myself about what my mate would look like and now that I saw her she's more than beautiful then minutes started to pass already I had turned the water off and hopped out I wrapped a towel around my lower body leaving my chest out in the open as the cold hit me but it didn't bother me water started to drip off my chest I know my hair was messy and wet at the same time but I didn't care I smirked because I had a new style and left out my bathroom and walked over to my Draws where all my clothes were folded up I got dressed as my ring was sitting on the Dresser I picked it up from off the dresser looked at it and started to put it on my finger once I did I was just twirling it around on my finger then the words from my father replayed in my head still just like a broken record that's being played but sounding horrible I did the one thing that got me angry I pouched the mirror so hard It cracked half way and started to fall to the ground in pieces watching it fall slowly to ground in slow motion but I didn't care not realizing my own knuckles were bleeding I heard a knock on the door my thoughts began to change so quickly I didn't budge to answer the door not because I didn't want to I just didn't feel the need to speak to anyone at this point my door opened

Carrie: Sean are you alright

I ignore her as I just stood there waiting for her to leave cause if I answer her she'll never leave me to be she'll ask me questions that I do not wanna answer I mean I don't mind but if I ignore her she'll start to leave and that's what I'm so call doing

Carrie: Answer me hello? Sean Are you still there? why are you ignoring me do you hate me

Sean: CARRIE What do you want Exactly ?
