Okay, report ko na ngayon and I really have to calm myself down. Hmm, inhaling and exhaling before I took a step on the mini stage on our dearest room. All set, the projector and the photocopies were spread to all and now, I’m ready to report.

“Go Dianne!” Sigaw naman ni Dustin.

“You may now start Ms. De Felix.” Our prof gave the sign to start.

Okay. Let’s do this!

Good morning everyone. Today, I’m going to discource about Staffing the Organiaztion. Alright, before I will pursue, who among you here has the capability of defining the word staffing, anybody from this class?

Nakita kong hindi nakikinig si Thyrish at busy’ng busy sa kakatext. Kaya tinatawag ko sya. Nakakainis kaya nang nagrereport ka tas di sya nakikinig. Parang alam na alam na lahat eh.

Okay, Miss Thyrish Castillon. What is staffing?

Tumayo lang sya at wala syang sagot. At yon, lahat ng mga kaklasi ko nakatingin lang sa kanya, nang wala talaga syang ibang ginawa kung yumuko ay nagsibulongan na lahat ng mga tao. OMG! Puro lang pala to landi at kaartihan eh! Tsk!

Since, Ms. Castillon don’t have a clue so, I will be the one who’ll be answering the question. Before everything else. I have only one rule in this very hour, I NEED Y’ALL TO LISTEN CLOSE!

Staffing may be defined as the management function that determines human resource needs, recruits, selects, trains, and develop human resource for jobs created by organization.

This means that staffing is undertaken to match people with jobs so that the realization of the organiazation’s objectives will be facilitated.

“Prof, do you have any questions or additional information that you want to share or something?” I asked her as I picked up my things on the desk and wait for her to answer for me to go.

“I have lots.” She replied.

“Okay Prof. I’ll be willing to answer it, if only I could.” I answered her as I placed my things back to the desk.

“How would you do it if the planned output of any organization will require a systematic deployment of human resources at various levels?” She asked na parang inaunderestimate nya ako. Na parang gusting gusto nyang nakikitang nahihirapan ako. Well, start nong first kong pumasok iba na talaga ang vibes nya sa akin.

I smiled as I shook my head na parang di makapaniwala sa tanong nya, “Okay Prof. As what I have said a while ago, to be able to do it, the manager will have to involve himself with human resource planning. In addition, this will be done in conjunction with the efforts of the human resource officer, if the company has one.” I looked at her signaling that I’m done explaining.

She nods a bit, “Okay, are these ‘human resource officers have plans for this?”

I smiled again as I wander on the faces of our classmates, “Yes, of course! They have this, I think it’s Forecasting, this assess the future human resource need of the organization in relation to current capabilities.” I answering as I walked back and fort, na parang professional na nagtuturo lang. “They also have this, Programming, this means translating the forecasted human resource needs to personal objectives and goals.” And I stop, nakatingin lang sa amin ang mga kaklasi ko, “Lastly, they have this Evaluation and control, where it monitors human resources action plans and evaluating their success.” I paused, “That would be all. Are you satisfied with my answer and explanation or you want me to discource the next chapter where all of the things being discoursed before would be further be discuss there?” I narrowed my eyes on her as she did the same from the whole duration of my report.
