"Come on, Emily! Let's go!" Henry whined, I chuckled and readjusted my crutches

"I'm coming! I'm coming! I can only go so fast!" I giggled as I slowly walked down the street with him to the Nolan's house

David Nolan, the man we saved, was having a welcome home party and we were invited

"I'm gonna go inside!" Henry yelled at the porch

"Go ahead! I'll meet up with you in a second!" I called as he raced inside, Emma was already inside

I let out a breath, my ankle was throbbing but I was doing this for Henry, poor kid wanted me to go so badly

And Mary-Margaret was so reluctant on letting me go, and I wanted her to come but she couldn't do it

I stood at the stairs leading to the porch, Yay, more stairs

I slowly got up them, and as I got to the last one I miss counted a step and dropped on my my crutches

"Darn it!" I whispered, reaching down to get it when suddenly it was handed to me

"I believe this is yours," he spoke, I looked up to see David holding the crutch for me, I smiled and took it, readjusting my weight

"Thank you, still tryin to get the hang of these," I spoke

"I'm glad I could be of use, you're Emily right? One of the people who saved me?" He spoke

"That would be me. Glad to see you up and on your feet," I spoke

"And I can see you can barely stand on yours. Would you like me to help you in?" He spoke

"That would be wonderful, thank you," I spoke as he helped me up the last step and lead me in the door

He held on hand on my back while holding the door for me and helped me to the bench by the stairs where Emma and Henry were stationed at

"There we go, better?" David questioned

"Much, thank you again," I spoke, and Henry couldn't stop smiling

"Not a problem, oh excuse me I'll be right back," David spoke before making his way through the house

"Did you see that!" Henry shrieked, smiling like an idiot

"David helping Emily? I'm sure everyone saw that," Emma spoke

"He was acting like a father! Maybe he's remembering!" Henry spoke

"Henry he was being polite, I'm sure that's all to it," I spoke

"Sure it is," Henry smirked, I rolled my eyes playfully

"How's you Head?" Emma suddenly asked

"Oh, it's healing to say the least, it throbs from time to time but not much else. Sometimes just drinking water helps," I spoke

"I'll go get you some," Henry offered before quickly leaving

"You see what he's trying to do right?" Emma asked

"Oh yeah, he's trying to make us bond because we're 'sisters'," I spoke

"He's got quite the imagination. I'm gonna go get a refill. Be right back," Emma spoke and walked off, I nodded as she walked away

Suddenly Dr. Whale and Regina approached me, "Emily, shouldn't you be resting?" Regina asked

"Yeah, but you know Henry. He's pretty persuasive on things he wants," I spoke

"Very true. But I thought I'd come over and say my hellos, and Dr. Whale and I have a proposition for you," Regina spoke

"Oh? What is it?" I asked
