Positive and Negative

I am gonna try a little activity to see if this helps. I will type down things I find good and positive about myself then type out the negative thoughts I always have.

Positive:

1. I can do artsy stuff pretty well.
2. I have done pretty good stories.
3. I am good at helping others feel better.
4. I am good at singing.
5. I have some good at picking people up when they are down.
6. I have been able to crack out of my shell to try harder and harder.

Now the Negative:

1. I don't ever feel like I can succeed.
2. I never feel like I will find work.
3. I keep trying when all that happens is I get knocked down and I believe I should just stay down.
4. I don't like my body shape and wish I weighed more.
5. I try never to cry as I don't want to be told it is bad for a guy to cry.
6. I keep talking about my depressive nature yet it sometimes feels like it doesnt fix anything.
7. I don't think I can ever forget this negativity.
