The sun hid within the gray clouds, as rain fell from the sky. The birds refusing to sing on such an ugly day.

The same blonde enigma girl walked into school, hypnotizing  everyone that stared. Her blonde hair almost left a glittering path and her curvy body moved side to side. Her almost pail skin glistened like twinkling stars. Her big glossy chocolate eyes could make anyone amazed, along with her eyelashes that looked like a thousand fairies kissed.

No one knew her name. She was a unsolved mystery, waiting for clues to be found. People would never speak to her, so she never spoke. No one sat next to her, so she ate alone. Everyone always stared, but never truly accepted her.

The rain still fell as class began in the same old boring school. She watched the rain fall in patterns and eventually disappeared. But as she watched, she couldn't help but over head someone's conversation.

"Hey freak, do you got any worms I can eat? I'm kinda hungry," It was a blonde teen boy and a guy with pink hair. She knew exactly what was happening now. And it infuriated her.

"Cmon pinky! Give me some of ya worms!,"

"Hey, how about you don't touch him jackass,"

The whole room fell quiet at the sudden statement. Everyone's jaw dropped. Not only because she stood up to him but she just spoke in general. Even the teacher was shocked.

"W-Whatever," His voice showed fear as he went to his seat. She took a deep breath and let it out as the class finally went back to work. She looked at the pink-haired guy and meet eyes with him. She noticed hurt and deep warmth within them; something you don't see very often.

She pulled out the school next to him and sat down. "Hey, You ok?," She asked, concern laced in her voice. "Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Thank you, for what you did back there," His voice was deep and soothing. It the blonde curious. "So does something like that happen a lot?," She asked. "More like every day but you get used to it,"

"That's not something you should be ok with,"

Her voice became quiet and soft. Almost fragile. He looked at her with shock. Why should she care? It's not like it her business.

"I know what you're thinking... why should I care right? Well, it's simple, I think we are alike,"

The boy chuckled at her statement. "Really? You think we're alike?," He asked, looking for a sign of jokes but, she turned her head and stared him in the eyes and saw a face he would never forget.

"I'm not kidding,"

*~*~*

School was over and the pink haired boy couldn't stop thinking about the girl. They face she made, made his heart beat. Yet, there she was again, sitting alone at a bench.

He sat across from her and greeted himself as she did the same. "Hey,Uh, I didn't catch your name earlier today. I'm Natsu, Natsu Dragneel," He said, sticking out a hand for her to shake. The girl looked away from her book and looked at his followed by looking into his eyes. His heart began to beat once more.

"Why do you want to know my name?..." She asked, her eyes serious and as well as her voice. He smiled warmly at her and said-

"Because I don't want to think of you as just some girl,"

Her head moved upright and her eyes stared at his. She felt a familiar warmth and couldn't help but smile warmly as well.

"Well, Natsu Dragneel, Im Lucy. Just Lucy too,"
