A/N Sorry for not posting anything. I've been in a writers block and it was killing me. Yes I know its short but I couldn't find away to continue writing more without pausing. It was either going to be short or no chapter for awhile. I'm hoping to start writing a chapter daily until I get use to being more lengthy. So don't be surprise if their short. But am Doin ma best.

"C'mon It was just a joke!" I snickered.

The whole time driving I was given the silent treatment and glares. Despite how I tried to apologize, I couldn't help but laugh. I guess I wasn't really that sorry. Before we decided to go back to his house and talk to his parents, Josh was hungry. He tried to ignore his hunger and go straight to his house but his stomach. At first I laughed at that too because it sounded like some fart but then it had gotten annoying. The louder it was, the crankier his mood was. So the solution to his problem was waffle house. It was 20 minutes away but I think it seemed worth it. The argument and debate of it wasn't long, and from the looks of it, he doesn't want to pick a fight right now.

Arriving at the restaurant, there wasn't many people today. We came inside , and sat down. The silent treatment has not ended and I was kind of getting tired of it. I'm hoping he acted like this toward his ex girlfriends because if i'm the only getting this type of treatment then he seriously can eat outside.

"What would you like to order" A guy with trimmed light blond hair and greenish blueish eyes said softly. I could easily tell he was newbie. First time waitressing is always the hardest but it becomes easier.

"Give me a coke and three waffles and her water and a waffle" Josh ordered which caused me kick his knee hard. Of course it really didn't have any affect on him but it made him finally look at me.

"I want two peanut butter waffle along with the all star special please and orange juice" I smiled at the waiter as he scratched out my order. He quickly left leaving me with my piss off mutt.

"Don't order for me especially when you don't even know what I want" I said becoming irritated with his sudden bossyness. He merely huffed leaning his head on his hand.

"So where is your mom right now?" I asked.

"I guess home, maybe not. I never payed attention on what she does" He shrugged uncaringly. Im starting to feel real sorry for this women. Having a son that doesn't seem to care for anything at least the women who gave birth to you. His attitude toward his parents tick me off. I guess I've been always raised that way but still has kids, we should have some type of respect unless of course their abusive drunk dick heads, than no.

" Quit having such a pissed off look" He said suddenly. ME! He has to joking. I'm not the one who's pissed. HE IS THE ONE THATS PISSED.

"You shouldn't be talking!" I snapped after all the way here he's been ticked off just because of a simple joke. He gave me an odd look and merely sighed as if some pest. Before can comment on how a douche he's been acting the waiters came and brought our food.

The distraction of the meal overwhelmed me because I seriously forgotten everything I was going to say to him. I poured a good amount of syrup on my waffles that the syrup was half way done. Josh snatched it away and let out a long groan.

"Seriously who uses nearly half of the syrup!"

"Me" I smiled cheekily pointing to myself. It was then we had to ask for at least two syrups just to keep the both of us satisfied. Surprisingly the food made everything calmer, I should have guessed that food was the answer. You're not yourself when you're hungry. The snickers commerical can very be so true.

" You eat a lot" He commented. Another thing I'm beginning to learn about Josh is that he is brutally straightforward. He doesn't sugar coat anything unless he's faking or lying about something.

"So do you" I shrugged not really offended much. What can I say I like to eat and I'm not ashamed about it. I can eat a box of little Caesars pizza by myself if I wanted to. Good thing I have Antonio to stop me since he's usually the one nagging on me to eat healthier.

"I'm guy though" He stated. I rose an eyebrow, how stupid is he or is he in the wrong time period. Last time I check women are equal to practically anything even food. "Congratulation on figuring that out, Genius"

"Your really hard to deal with" He muttered. Childishly I stuck my tongue out at him. At this he rose an eyebrow and gave an evil smirk. My face went pale already knowing that something dark was lurking in his mind and suddenly he grab hold of my cheeks. His lips pressed down on mine as his tongue licked my lower and upper lip.

The 'Spark" as some may called was giving the tingles and I can feel myself kissing back. Trust me when I say this that I never french kissed or did that tongue crap. FIrst of all when I first heard about it, I thought it was completely and utterly gross. Like dude its another person's mouth. I like keeping it clean like you know regular, kiss.

"Your mouth taste like Candy" He whispered under his breath. I can already tell he was going to go for another one and yet my stupid hormonal body craved it also. Once I heard that awkward cough, I immediately pulled away. The waiter was back with our bill and his face couldn't be as red as mine. Josh pulled out his walled and had it paid for swiftly. I couldn't even check how much it was before waiter had already had his change back. I did however had time to tip him and I tipped ten dollars just for everything he had to witness.

Returning to the car it was already beginning to rain. I can never trust the damn weatherman. When they say its going to be sunny it turns out to be raining. The fact that I'm commenting about the stupid weather in the first place is, I am completely awkward. Josh is holding my hand. I have no idea what to do. I really want to let go of his hand but then again no to offend him either.

"Holding my hand and driving is hazardous" I said bluntly. Yes, stupid excuse but its the best thing I have.

"You don't like me holding you hand"

"...Uh..Yeah kinda" I said honestly.

"Good, because that makes me like it even more" He grinned squeezing my hand tighter. I should've known theres a catch to all of this. Before I could stare back to the road the car went into a screeching stop. The seat belt wasn't the first to hit my chest before Josh's arm covered me.

"Josh what the hell!-

A loud thump went on top of the hood of the car denting it deeply. It was a dark rusty brown with the same yellow eyes as Josh's. The fact as it was huge and it literally looked like a wolf walking on two like a human, made my stomach turned in fear.

"J-Josh" I stammered as the monster snapped at the window causing it to crack. Josh's hand came across my face and this time I didn't want him let go. "Keep your eyes close, this is going to be over in a few seconds. I promise" He said slipping his hand away. Scared enough to death, I kept them shut. I can hear the car door opened and shut. The last thing I heard was small cry and the car door open again.

"Josh...what's going on?" I said having better control of my voice.

"Were going to get you home, I'm going to be speaking to my family alone." Josh's said as he hurriedly turned the car around.

"What's going on?!" I question as he sped in the streets changing lanes everytime a car was ahead. His hands gripped the wheel hard looking as if it was going tear apart.

"My family's pack is under attack" He said his eyes glowing more and more. He looked as if he was going to shift in the car by now if it wasn't for me being inside.

"How do you know that?"

"Because that damn mutt laughed at my face saying their already" He seethed making me wished I had never asked.
