~Erin's POV~

Tom kept giving me weird looks. What the heck is going on? Ugh. I'm just going to ignore it.

~Tom's POV~

Erin is never alone. Ever. Now that Jaylin has moved in, they have been together almost 24/7 the past four days. I'm not giving up. Not without a fight anyway. Wait a minute... Erin has a recording session tomorrow. Jaylin had opted to stay here. Jayne had asked one of us to give her a ride! Yes! Fifteen minutes alone. I am Tom Parker- anything can happen in fifteen minutes.

~Erin's POV~

I woke up at quarter eight. Jaylin is still asleep- lucky dog. I have a recording session today. Jayne said one of the boys was giving me a ride. I quickly got ready and ran downstairs to get some breakfast before forcing Max to take me. I know none of the guys- oh Tom's down here.

"I'm giving you a ride to the recording studio, okay," he asked handing me a cup of tea and some toast.

"Sure, I thought I was going to have to crack out the foghorns again."

"Those things are evil."

"No, they're amazing!"

~Tom's POV~

Wow, it's funny how easily conversation flows. She was so funny. And her air-drying hair looked so pretty. Her eyes were-

"Tom, earth to Tom."

"What, oh sorry, zoned for a second there."

"Come on, I've got to be there soon." We walked out to the door and I gathered my courage. As we got in the car, I pulled out. Metaphorically, I was trying to 'pull out' of the friend zone.

"Erin, we need to talk."

"Wait, you're not breaking up with me, are you," she asked with mock horror.

"No," I let out a nervous laugh, "Erin, I really like you. I like you as more than a friend. I was wondering if you maybe wanted to go out to dinner sometime?"

~Erin's POV~

Shit. How do I say no without screwing up our relationship permanently.

"Tom, I like you, and if the circumstances were different," or if I was a few years older, "I would love to. I'm just not ready for a relationship right now, especially with a famous heartthrob."

"Well, still, would you come out for dinner with me one night, as friends?"

"No McDonalds?"

~Tom's POV~

"Deal," I agreed. One night out was all I needed. She'd fall for me, right?

~Erin's POV~

I finished the recording session at four. Honestly, it was a very productive day. I felt better having Tom understand the whole, I don't want to be more than friends thing.

"Erin, I'm going to go ahead and head out, one of the guys is coming for you."

"Okay, thanks Jayne."

"Bye!" What to do. Who knows how long whichever guy it is will be? Knowing my luck and the guys, they might not ever show up.

"Hey Erin."

"Nathan?"

"No duh."

"You can't drive."

"I know."

"How are we getting home?"

"Taxi, just like how I got here."

~Nathan's POV~

This was my chance. If I didn't seize the moment one of the other guys would. I wanted her to like me back so bad, it hurt.

"Erin, we need to talk."

"Oh God," she groaned.

"What?"

"Second time someone's said that today." Oh no, I was too late.

"Tom?"

"Yeah."

"What did you say?"

"The same thing I'm going to tell you. I'm not ready for a relationship right now, let alone one with a heartthrob. If the circumstances were different, then maybe, but for now, I just need some good friends." All I heard was 'you still have a shot'.

"That's fine, but can we go out to dinner one night, just as friends?"

"Sure Nath, that's fine." I would make that night one for her to never forget.

A/N

Ooh! The boys are coming in for the kill... Or date... Or something. I'm sorry for the changing POV's so much and that it's short. Forgive me? Gah... You all are going to kill me soon... Thanks for reading!
