((Been wanting to write this for a while now))
Mikasa shifted slightly from her spot on the grass and stared over Eren's sleeping body. Then, she stared at the stars. The stars reflected off her grey eyes it turned them to a silver, seeming to try to mimic the sky itself. Contentment fluttered in her like a trapped butterfly. 'Why can't Eren always act this calm?' She thought to herself and she shifted closer. 'Why can't- he just forget about the titans- for a bit anyways....' She shook herself.
"Foolish thoughts" She muttered quietly. Eren moved slightly beside her, it was hard to see him in the darkness but she could feel the grass move. She forced herself to lie still to let him rest peacefully. The wind was soft and only caused a slight rustle of leaves on the trees, or sway of grass.
