this movie was my actual childhood. troy and gabriella were my first ship (that was actually canon). but here's the thing. people need to stop hyping it up now. literally i see so many people playing the music from that movie on a loop and i'm just like, "is that seriously all you listen to? because that's sad." why is everyone paying mind to it now? and never in 2006??
