Chapter 16: Happy Moments

*Error's POV:

-¤S-Sanow?..¤
-《Ah, Error. Long time no see..》

I stared at Sanow for a while before heading over to her.

-○d-daddy!○

Paperjam ran over to me and hugged my leg, giggling. I picked him up gently and held him close.

-¤Paperjam.. don't ever leave us like that, alright?¤

He hid his face in my neck as I caressed his back.

-《Oh, no wonder he reminded me of you. Congrats on your child, Error.》

-¤Thanks, and for taking care of him.. me and Ink were worried sick..¤

-《Heh, I always knew you guys would end up together. Well, I'll be going now, bye.》

I noticed she still had the necklace I gave her, and that's when I realized it was really her. I wasn't dreaming.

-¤W-Wait!¤
-《Hm?》

She looked at me, confused.

-¤H-How are you.. a-alive?¤
-《Well, since you hadn't come back in a while, I decided to go through AUs and search for you. I didn't know the right code for the Anti-Void, so I couldn't get there since you always took me there yourself. When I gave up and decided to head back home I noticed that the AU was corrupted, and I didn't enter, just in case. After that, I saw how the file got deleted and changed to how it was. Then I went back, waiting for you to come..》

-《It's okay, no worries.》
-¤Well.. I could ask Ink if you could stay.¤

She nodded as we all headed back to the Anti-Void. After I talked with Ink of what happened, he agreed to let Sanow stay with us. Ink kept apologizing to Sanow for what he did while Sanow kept saying:

-《It's fine!》

I started thinking of the time me and Ink broke up, which made tears form in my eyes everytime I thought of it.

[Time skip until night]

Swap and Dust decided to stay another night in the Anti-Void. I went in their room to see if they needed anything, but they were already asleep. Dust was holding Swap close in his sleep while their kids were between them. They all look so happy.. I went over to me and Ink's room. Sanow had a room for herself and Salur. Palette and Paperjam were sleeping in their room again so me and Ink had the bed and room to ourselves. The thoughts of losing Ink back then came to my mind again, but I didn't tear up, instead I just sighed and looked over at Ink. He was sleeping calmly while his back faced the left side of the bed. I got in the left side of the bed as my back faced his and I sighed. I felt a movement behind me.

-♤Oh, hey Error..♤

I heard Ink as he yawned. I didn't answer as tears formed in my eyes again, but of course, Ink couldn't see them.

-♤B-Baby?..♤

I stayed quiet as the tears started to fall, trying to make him think I was already asleep. He didn't fall for it.

-♤E-Error, answer me!! Why won't you--♤

He stopped yelling as he turned me around and saw my tears.

-♤Oh, I-I'm sorry, I was scared you were gonna leave me again and wouldn't say anything about it.♤

As I heard him say that, the tears fell faster.
