The Lion King 2 - Kovu X reader

New friends

Y/n POV
It was getting dark and I had no where do go, I was done with my dad I needed time away from him.
"I should find shelter, before it gets later." I whispered to myself.
To my luck I found a small cave with leaves surrounding it.
"I should stay here for the night then maybe I can find Kovu." I thought to myself as I shut my eyes.

Simbas POV
"Timon? How is y/n?" I asked Timon worriedly.
"Ugh about that say there is someone who's not a lion definitely not a lion! And there daughters ehh.. ran away?" Timon mumbled.
"Y/n's gone?!" I panicked.
"I need to find her I must go and find her!" I ran out the cave with my lionesses aside me.

I ran for 10 minutes until Zira and her pride showed up.

Kiaras POV
"I can't believe my sister ran away.. I need to find a Kovu he can help!" I exclaimed.
I ran outside and into the Forrest searching for Kovu.
I sat on the ground and cried I just wanted my sister.
"Kiara? Is that you?" A familiar face spoke.
"Kovu! I'm so glad I found you!" I hugged him.
"Where is y/n is she ok?" Kovu questioned.
"She ran away! Looking for you!" I exclaimed.
"We will find her, but first we need to stop zira she is planning to attack tonight!" Kovu panicked.

Kovu and I ran towards the fight that was going on between my father and zira.

"It's all over now.." Kovu sighed.
"I miss judged you Kovu." My dad smiled.

Y/n POV
I woke up to the sound of talking.
"Is she dead?" A handsome male lion around my age spoke.
"Look she's waking up!" A young cub screamed.
"Huh? Who are you?" I sat up and started breathing heavily.
"We found you here you looked lost so we came to see If you were ok." The male shared.
"Oh well thank you." I blushed.
"I'm Kiburi, and you are?" Kiburi smiled.
"I'm y/n.." I mumbled.
"That's a pretty name, this is my little sister Nzuri." The young cub smiled and waved.

"So what happened to you?" Nzuri asked.
"Well, I was part of a pride my dad is the king and he wants my sister to be future queen because she's older and she's the favourite I suppose anyway this male joined and I think I fell in love with him but his mother attacked my father and he was banished so I ran away I couldn't deal with it." I sobbed.

"It's alright you can stay with us as long as you like, our parents died when Nzuri was just born, so it's just us." kiburi sighed.

"Hey why don't you join my pride I could tell my dad you saved me or something and he might let you stay! I would call you friends because you are very nice." I got a little over excited.

"Are you sure? I mean it sounds great but we don't want to cause trouble." Kiburi asked.
"Honestly don't worry." I smiled.

"Come on we should head back to my place to first we can stay there for a bit." Kiburi started walking.

Nzuri and I followed him. We walked for a while and we turned up in a cave that was very nice.

"Make yourself at home we can rest here until it's time to leave." Kiburi grinned.

Kovus POV
"Simba I am very sorry for what happened." I bow down.
"I forgive you Kovu you will make a good king." Simba smouldered.
"Wait what?" Kiara exclaimed.
"Kovu you are going to marry kiara! She is future queen!" Simba walked away.

"What? I can't marry you!" I shouted at kiara.
"I'm that bad huh?" Kiara looks down.
"No you are amazing but I love y/n I sorry but I really do and I need to find her!" I explained.
"I understand, Ill help you find her." Kiara forced a smile.

Y/n POV
I snuck out while Kiburi and Nzuri where sleeping I needed some time to think. I walked around the grass and lay down.
