Granger Family Reunion

The room

Hermione's POV
After all the commotion in the lobby, the whole family went into the elevator, the family left for the fourth floor but me and the kids continued to our penthouse on the highest floor of the hotel. We got off the elevator, we opened the door of the penthouse.

The penthouses in all the hotels were always beautiful but in Paris, it was stunning. The floor was made of white marble for all the rooms. There was a living room, tree bedrooms with a tenant bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The living room has a grey stone fireplace, a fluffy white couch and two armchairs, a grey stone coffee table and a grey carpet. The dining room had an original center light, a modern white table with white chairs and black chairs, to add a touch of green, there is a plant in the corner. The kitchen is really minimalistic. The cabinets are all white, the kitchen island is white with 4 white chairs. There are two steel ovens and a white fridge. The tree bathrooms are mostly white. My bathroom has a big glass shower and a bath, a marble floor, an enormous mirror, a stone counter with white cabinets underneath. There are two white sinks with a black head. Lyra's bathroom has a black and white bath, a black and grey stone shower. She has a black marble counter with wood cabinets underneath. There is one sink in the counter and there is a big mirror. Scorpius's bathroom has an enormous white sink with a black head over the black countertop with a black drawer. The walls have a mosaic patern. There is a big mirror and the only shower is enormous and made in white marble with a glass door. Me and Draco's bedroom had a white desk, 2 black arm chairs. The bed had white covers, the wall behind the bed is black and white, there is a grey carpet and grey couch. Scorpius's bedroom has a white desk with a library over it and it has a black chair. There is a black closet, there is a red carpet. The nighstand is made of pale colored wood. Lyra's bedroom has white painted walls. the bed had a pale pink bed frame, the covers are white and silky like the pillows. There is a fluffy grey blanket on top. There is a frame on the wall with inspiring quotes and patterns. The nightstand is made of clear glass. The penthouse was simply beautiful and modern.

When we finished settling in the penthouse that we owned at the hotel, it was approximatly 10 pm. I didn't realise how long it took us to place our things in the room. Placing our things was a little tiring but I got over it after finishing the job. The last thing I had to do was to send the kids to bed but I knew this wasn't going to be an easy task.

"Kids, go to bed, we have a big day, tomorrow." I say thinking that spending a whole day with my cousins was going to be an exhausting experience and Draco wasn't arriving until two days.

"But mom, we're not even tired." said the kids pleading me to let them stay up longer

"No buts and you will be tired tomorrow, if you don't go to bed now." I respond firmly

Wow, that was easier then I thought it would be, I think to myself.

The kids nodded and they went to shower, change and brush their teeth. They went to sleep in their respective bedrooms. I did the same. I was about to go to sleep but my phone rang making me jump out of fear. I took the phone call and it was my husband, Draco.

"Hey Sweetheart, How are you?" Draco said

"I'm good, not dead yet and you?" I respond

"Good too, but tired out of my mind and I wanted to know how your cousins reacted to the new you." He answers while yawning

"You mean, react about me having kids or my job or the fact that I am married or all of those." I say

"Yeah, all of that." He answers
