Introduction of echo! Well, full one.
Echo is Rosetta's echo flower, the echo flower that has a monster soul. It communicates like any other monster or human would and was adopted by Flowey the Flower.

She's a siren that lost her eyesight in a battle against pirates but after some sort of magical spell could see though clouded eyes. She often hangs at the surface and met up with new pirates that she is very good friends with. (I think you know the two skele pirates I'm talking about)

Im embarrassed to post this drawing but what the heck.
In a roleplay withCandySamaRoleplays , shady and sans are having a baby and knowing sans, this is what he does. Put a balloon up his sweater after being told by the doctor to support his pregnant wife, and walks around with it in his sweater all day, it's embarrassing say the least.
