"what do you need Jackson" i said with nerves getting to me. "sorry man I just forgot my pencil case at home so do you by chance have an extra pencil." I turn and look in my binder to find one wooden No.2 pencil which I hand to him. Our hands slightly touched which made my face turn a shade of pink. Jackson not noticing me blushing because he bows a little and thanks me. You turn to look back at the teacher to see what todays assignment would be. "we will be taking notes so please take out a piece of paper." As the words rolled out his lips I heard a 'pzz' sound next to me. It was Jackson trying to get my attention. I turned and smiled when I saw his nervous face. "what's wrong" "I forgot paper." I kindly gave him a piece from my notebook when a wet spit ball hit my cheek. I felt a tear roll on my cheek that I couldn't stop. Before I could think the chair beside me was empty. I looked to see where he went when I hear someone groan in agony.
Jacksons PoV
I saw what happened and was not going to let them get away with it. I ran up the stairs to where the jocks sat and punched the guy who threw the ball of slime.

I didn't know why they threw it at him but I'm not going to sit and wait to find out why. The other jocks was trying to defend there mate but it was useless every thing they tried to do didn't work. Mr.Kai tried to break it up but he couldn't do anything so he called the office so they would send the police officer to get me. Then I heard mark yell for me to stop so I did. I don't understand why because I'm so hard-headed but it's just something about him that made me do what I did. I got back in my seat seeing that the boys wouldn't get up from the floor. I saw that marks eyes where looking at you with shocked eyes. "T-thank you" mark said with a little fear in his tone as he looked down after he said it. "your welcome but-" as I was about to ask him why they threw it in the first place the police came in. Mr. Kai pointed at me but the he also pointed at mark which I didn't understand. The officers grabbed at us harshly then dragged us to the main office.
