Somewhat, anyway (since Admin's a DeviantArt user and have seen quite a couple of such OCs, not to mention those couple of Osomatsu-san x Sister Reader fanfics on sites like this one)
Hmm maybe her name would be Harumatsu! Or Hanamatsu? It's just my guess, since I think Mom might like a pretty flowery name like that! Not to mention, it's two syllables (aside from "matsu") and starts with a different letter!
And uhhh ofc we'd all be super surprised! A girl! We'd also suffer some of the girl problems she'd have to come with later, but also take advantage of her gender by asking her for advice whenever we need it (also meaning that next time a baby somehow comes around, Ichimatsu wouldn't have to fucking go and ask Totoko-chan)
Ah, and maybe we'd plan to raise her to be as shitty as we are so that we wouldn't have to feel awkward around her (even tho she'd be 20+ years younger than us o o f)
