Two Scoops - Jimin or Yoongi

"Hey, Aalya, the lesson is over." I raise my head off the table and look around confused. My friend, Elise, looks down at me amused. I yawn and stretch.

"Did I miss anything important?" I ask as I look around the room. It's practically empty other than two boys talking at a desk.

"Yeah, the whole lesson. How do expect to pass the test next week?" She asks and hands me my backpack. I shrug and yawn again.

"Wing it? I don't revise, you know that." I say and lazily start to pack away my stuff. Elise sighs and starts to pack away my things for me. I glance over at the boys again and meet eyes with the blonde one. I know his face but don't know his name.

"You're always so lazy," Elise says but not without kindness. I nod and stand up. "Want to go get ice cream after school?" She asks.

"Uh, I don't know. I was thinking about playing Halo once I got home-" I start to try and excuse myself from having to go out but the two boys walk over to us.

"You guys going to that new ice cream place in town?" Asks the class representative, Jin. Elise smiles brightly at him, I think this is the guy she likes.

"Yeah, I heard the ice cream is super good." She says flipping her hair over her shoulder. Ugh. I put my backpack over my shoulder.

"Cool, mind if we come with you?" Jin asks. I look at the blonde boy who is smiling but not adding to the conversation.

"No I'm going ho-" I start to say but Elise cuts me off.

"Not at all, it'll be so fun." She grins. What? Nooo.

"Elise..." I start to complain but she glares at me and I shut up. Dammit, I'm such a pushover. I guess we're going to get ice cream then.

"We're just going to grab our kits from the changing rooms then we'll meet you at the gates," Jin says and walks off with his friend.

"I hate you." I groan once they're gone.

"You'll thank me later. You're too shy and need to come out your shell. Just befriend Jimin." She says.

"The blonde one?" I ask and she frowns at me.

"You've been in the same class for the entire year and you can't even remember his name?" She asks like she's disappointed in me.

"I never needed to," I explain. She takes my hand and starts to lead us to where we are meeting them. "Also, I'm not shy I just don't like people," I add.

"Well then stop it because you need a guy." She says and we stop by the front gates.

"I don't want a guy." I shut up when I see Jin and Jimin appear behind us.

"Ready to go?" Jin asks with a grin. Elise smiles and nods. We all start to walk and I'm left at the back next to Jimin. I glance at him awkwardly.

"So... do you like ice cream?" I ask, attempting to fill this silence that is literally hurting me.

"Yeah. You?" He asks.

"Yeah. I like mint the best." I say.

"I like chocolate. Mint's good too though." And the conversation ends. Jimin purses his lips awkwardly. "So how come we've never spoken in class before?" He asks, " You're super cute and I see you about a lot but you always just disappear." He says flirtatiously.

Well, that was a big jump. And I probably just disappear because I walk around with my hood up and just sleep in class.

"Becuase Elise is my only friend in that class, I don't talk to anyone but her," I answer, ignoring the flirty part. He nods then steps a little closer to me as we walk.
