Quirk : his quirk allows him to be able to control anyone for up to 20 minutes - 1 hour , his 'earnings' insert to his victims neck for 30 seconds until he is fully in control . They can stretch really far and shrink as well . If they are pulled he looses control of the victim he hides them in his hair when his quirk is in use. The weaker the victim the stronger and longer his quirk. If his markings are glowing that means he is using someone as a puppet, the less bright his marking is the weaker his quirk is.

His body is like a puppet which allow him move any way and stretch his body parts really far. He is known for cross dressing when needed since he can adjust his body to look feminine or masculine. Though it won't increase or decrease his power.

Hero costume.

Mask : the mask helps hide away his ear thingies under the beak.

Belt : have strings in the pockets that automatically come out on their own and attach to the victim when they are stronger than Kai and/or his quirk is running out of time.

Heels : fuck you that's why they help him with flexibility and he wants to wear them because he loves them.
