josh would soon learn it was illegal in florida to sell marijuana. the penalty was even more harsh if it was on school grounds.

since josh was 18 he was legally considered an adult.

tyler reflected, "seriously these kids need to learn there are consequences in life. i am doing my job, i am doing it right. i am making life safer one school at a time."

in may the police arrested 31 students from several schools. josh was one of them.

as they were arresting kids you could hear sirens in the distance and handcuffs being put on them.

everybody who sold drugs to undercover cops were busted.

josh spent a week in jail, wondering what would happen next.

"it's your word against hers, kid. the cops have every text." his attorney told him.

don't worry, dude. i got the stuff. i got you.

he knew he'd lose in court. he had to take a plea.

"3 years of probation. i plead guilty to the felony," he stated in court amongst the jury.

college was farther away now. he'd have to get really lucky to get into one of his drean colleges with this now on his personal record.
