Months..? Years even..?

Possibly.. It was hard to keep track of time when your ankle was chained to a bed the whole time.

He would let you use the restroom when you needed it but he would stand by the door and wait.

You never knew what had made him this way.

At first Blue was a really sweet innocent monster who loved tacos and puzzles.

Now... He's sadistic, emotionless, and possessive.

His eyes were red now. Little black X's in the center.

He would talk to you for hours then leave.

Or sleep next to you with a protective grip around your waist.

He would mumble 'mine' in his sleep.

It was really lonely without any other monsters around.

Since blues first kill, you stopped talking.

You sat on his bed with your knees to your chest and cried every night.

You hear footsteps and the door opens.

Its.. Him...

"Hello y/n, I'm sorry for the wait, dinner took longer to make than expected." He smiles faintly and sets a trey of food on the bedside table.

You turn away from him.

"Y/n.. I want you to eat, you'll get sick if you don't."

You shake your head and sigh.

You hear a knife slice against something metal.

You face him and take the trey into your lap.

It was a soft taco this time.

You take a bite out of it, it tasted pretty good.

You ate all of it then lay on your side facing the wall again.

"Thank you. I'm glad you've eaten. I was starting to get worried." He pets your hair.

"I love you." He kisses your forehead.

He smiles and wraps his arms around your waist.

"Good. I'm glad I didn't need to use this."

You hear a knife fall to the floor.
