Meaning;
Mad Hatter is the finale of the Cry Baby album. Mad Hatter is about being okay with who you are, and during Mad Hatter Cry Baby fnally excepts her insanity and doesn't give a shit what people think about her. She's proud of herself and doesn't care what people say, like Melanie. Mad Hatter is taken from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, with the Mad Hatter being the crazy and lovable and wild character. During Mad Hatter, Cry Baby separates herself from all of the plastic people around her, with 4 Rushton dolls representing people who have stood by Melanie throughout her whole life. There are many references to Dollhouse in this video. At the start of the video, the cashier from the Tag, You're It/Milk and Cookies double feature and the nurse from Crybaby enter with black eyes. They are the only people that have ever tried to help Cry Baby, which is why they have black eyes.
