Your were in your room or should I say attic crying cause your twin brother issei blames you on something you didn't do and got in a beating and they were just done beating you and threw you to the attic to stay there and starve for a week and then you heard a tap on your window and look to see your bro shad and you let him in

Shad: hey man how you doing?

Y/n: horrible

Shad:yea same my parents were done beating me and went to sleep so I snuck out to see you fine but I guess not

Y/n: why?

Shad: why what?

Y/n: why do they abuse me and why my brother don't help me?

Shad: because mate they are monsters they put me and you even Fenix and Nina through hell for our each other parents to beat us senselessly,so you know what I'm thinking?

I nodded and we both got to the window and jumped out and ran to the city fast without my parents not noticing me run

After running for a hour we were walking down the street but we both heard 2 familiar voices call us

???: guys?

We both turn to see Nina and Fenix in bruises and scratch marks on them like us and Fenix is shaking and eyes are red from crying

Nina: what you guys doing?

Shad: what are YOU doing?

Fenix: W-w-we r-ran a-a-away f-from our f-family

Nina: yea they beat us and just didn't feed us so we ran, what's in the duffle bag shad?

Y/n: it's all out stuff with food and money also water

Shad: easy broke into your house took some things and put them in here

We all nodded and went to the park and when we did we saw someone in a leather jacket kill someone Fenix was shaking like crazy and Nina try to calm him down and shad was entertained from it and I was shocked and then he turn to us and notice us and walk over to us and once he got closer we were scared but he spoken

???:what you kids doing here?

We all didn't speak so I did for them

Y/n: well we ran away from all of our homes

??:and why you do that kiddo?

Y/n: well out parents abused us and treat us like garbage and we all had the same idea and ran away from home and we have no where to go

Nina: so we should probably leave you alone

We were about to walk away but he stoped us

???:wait, how about you all live with me

We all stop and turn to him some shock

Y/n: are you serious?

???:yea btw names Alex Mercer I was from New York remember the virus?

We all had our eyes wide and me and shad were smiling and excited form what he said and Nina was surprised and Fenix was just a little calm

Alex: so what you guys say?

We all looked at each other and then we look back at him and I nodded and he had a smile

Alex: nice, so what's your names?

Y/n: I'm y/n

Shad: I'm your boy shad don't forget it

Nina: well sir I'm Nina nice to meet you

Fenix: a-a-and I-I'm f-f-Fenix

Alex: well then kids welcome to the Mercer family but there is one thing, I have to give my powers, you see I wanted to have a kid and give him my powers and sometimes when I do they can have most of my powers or all of it but having all my powers is kinda hard but got to be lucky

Y/n: oh so can you give us a moment?

Alex nodded and we all huddled up and thought about it

Shad: soooo yes right?

Nina: well idk about having virus powers

Y/n: but it sounds badass

Fenix: I'm kinda scared about this

Y/n: Fenix relax man we should agree he's giving us a home

Shad: so I say we should a accept

Nina sighs but nodded and Fenix just slowly nodded and so we all looked at him and I nodded and so he got his tendrils out and then did his thing

Timeskip

After a painful power input we all check to see if it work and I had a giant blade arm out and Nina had a weird whip and shad had hard fist and Fenix has claws out and we were excited and we all hugged Alex to say thank for this and giving us a new home and he nodded and so we all turn normal but also he was gonna train us as well but so are new life will begin for those who know when we grow up we will be strong and powerful and be ready to become better and strong like our new father Alex Mercer
