the black man isn't allowed to die with honor
the black boy is not allowed to die a man
they die unarmed
they die with their hands up
they die with a deafening shot
they die with their family cowering, fearing what's next
they die innocent
they do not die thugs
they do not die drug dealers
they do not die threats to your safety
they do not die the ones with power
they do not die filthy niggers
the death of the black man is not through a loss of culture
the death of the black man is not caused by a narcotics addiction
the murder of the black man is by the white man's hand
